Can we live without smartphones?

in the current, the teens we think can't live without smartphones, but
the old people think the same?.it seems like almost everybody has got
one!

In fact, today, the number of mobile devices connected in Colombia is

60.8 million. that means that the number of connections through cell
phones, tablets, and computers exceeds the total population by a
119%. Most people use them every day for work, to take photos and
play, actually, the first smartphone was invented on August 15, 1996, it
was called the “Nokia 9000 Communicator”.

I think that life without a smartphone would be healthier in several

aspects, for example, we young people would socialize with people in
real life, we would go out for air and run, we will also move away from a
screen that is slowly damaging our eyes and also burning neurons. we
would get away from that toxicity that exists in social networks, those
low commenters of your body, your face, your eyes, we would make a
list of your insecurities. How bad people make you feel, you have to
have self-esteem, according to a survey Facebook and Instagram are
social media more toxics.

older people do not care about having a smartphone, they are only
interested in a cell phone that is used for calls, to communicate with
their loved ones, they are not interested in any network social, I believe
it is true because older people spend their time reading a book,
watching television, cooking etc. they do not live pending publications
or stories, also I think that older people would not spend a lot of money
on a cell phone, knowing that now smartphones are better known by a
specific brand, older people would live perfectly well without a
smartphone
In conclusion, although they help in moments of work and fun,
teenagers depend a lot on a smartphone, and the older ones say the
opposite. In my opinion, smartphones are bad for the mind and
neurons, however, they are beneficial for work, for your business, and
it makes your life easier, and without a smartphone you can enjoy your
life more, we can live without smartphones.
