    Dear Prof. Vidor,

    Good day Ma’am! I am ____________ from (SECTION) writing this letter of request for an endorsement as
    advised by the Registrar.

    This request is being advised as I failed to process my Graduation Form on time due to late payment of my
    Tuition Fee. I had a financial crisis during the time that I was supposed to settle my tuition.

    Attached herewith is my proof that I've already settled my tuition on March 15, 2023. (Receipt from the
    Cashier)

    I hope you understand my situation. Your response will be highly appreciated.
