To Enroll in an ACT-RSK Group You Will:

 Choose a group that meets when you have no other commitments, where you can give your full attention
 Send an email including your full name, phone number for texts, and group ID shown above to ACT-RSK@cpckc.org
 Complete TWO (2) Online Enrollment Forms (we’ll email you the links) at least 1 week before your group begins
 Receive the ACT-RSK Materials Packet, Zoom meeting link, and meeting instructions before your group begins
