What is Teamwork?
a group of people collaborates to execute a task, this is referred to as teamwork. More
broadly, it refers to a team's cohesiveness, their ability to foster a happy working environment,
and how they recognize the qualities and skills that each team member provides. Without
teamwork, we won't be able to meet its objectives on schedule, which might result in a loss of
manpower and energy.

Are you willing to participate in other activities? If YES,

why if NO why (3 sentences)
I am willing to participate in other activities as long as it will help me to grow spiritually,
physically or even holistically. I want to participate because thru participating in other activities
serves as a networks of relationship among people who live and work in a particular society for
the effective functioning of the community. I also believe that every individuals having significant
interaction within a specified area becomes one of the contributory factors in forming a good
community.

Are you willing to help other people for their success?

If YES, why if NO why? (3 sentences)
other people is very important it serves as a way of having a successful society. If
you are asking me about willingness to help others I definitely say yes, I am willing to help other
people for their success simply because no one can achieve their goals just with their own.
Everyone of us need one another seems we are uniquely differing with other people, having
different skills, abilities, talents and etc. that if we put together, we can easily achieve the success
that we want.
Evaluate yourself as part of the 2nd year students, what is your character
before and now? Is there a different? As part of the team, what is your
response every time that the group/section have a problem? (5
sentences)

of the 2nd year students, I think there’s nothing change about my character
because as a teacher by profession I know how to deal with the behavior of people around me.
One thing I have noticed is my time management, sometimes I ask myself about how I overcome
every situations, how I can manage my time since being a teacher does not end in school I have
a lot of report that I need to accomplish even when I am in our house, I have a ministry, and I
have a lot of assignment in bible school so I think one of the major changes in me is I improve
myself having a time management or the discipline when it comes to time. On the other hand, as
part of the team I response every time that the group/section have a problem by first analyzing
the situation. For me analyzing the situation is very important and the first thing that we need to
do before making a conclusion, in terms of analyzing I consider the feelings, situation of every
member of the group, so I keep on asking from the group what they think will happen if we do
this, it is beneficial to everyone? Second after analyzing the situation I ask them about their
opinion or the possible solution that they think it will solve the problem and then lastly, we will
make a concrete plan. I always consider the feelings of every member of the group because as
one section/group we are accountable with one another and we are a team that need to help one
another.

Do you have courage to correct other people especially your

classmate? IF YES why? If NO, why? (5 sentences)

from other people is hard to accept, also correcting others is hard to do. For me
dealing with corrections help us to grow as an individual, thru correction we remind that we as
human being are not perfect but by the grace of God, we make us perfect. So, if correcting others
will matter and help them to become more productive, I will take full responsibility to have
courage in correcting them in a nice way. I will explain them that correction is a sign of love for
them. I need to have courage in correcting others so that they will also experience the love of
God.
