A FAMILY TRIP TO JAPAN

My family is from the Philippines; it is a country located in South East Asia. I haven’t been to any country

outside my own but I’ve always wanted to travel to different places all over the world. My plan was to

work my way outside of the country and start with those nearest to my home. Japan is in Asia so it is

quite near the Philippines. It is approximately just a 4-hour plane ride, just like a one-way trip from my

current hometown to my childhood hometown. I got lucky and found discounted plane tickets to Japan

and immediately planned our vacation, I told my husband and we booked the tickets for 3 months from

now. Our small family is finally going to get a chance to have a vacation outside the country to one of

the most beautiful countries in the world (well at least for me). I’m glad to have accumulated enough

leave credits for a 2-week stay in Japan, my husband’s company also offers them travel leaves so we will

be staying in Japan for 2 weeks to see all the tourist spots and hidden gems. It would only be me, my

husband, and our baby boy; it would be our first long vacation as a family. We will be visiting Osaka,

Tokyo, and Kyoto where we will try out all the local restaurants and go to the different temples. Of

course, our trip wouldn’t be complete if we didn’t pay a visit to Tokyo Disneyland and Universal Studios.

We are very excited for this trip and can’t wait to go on our mini-adventure!
