As a woman, I am always for equal
treatment – no discrimination, no biases
especially when it comes to gender. Regardless
of gender, a person can actually be functional
whether it may be on work or studies. Cliché it
may seem, there is no superior gender; there is
nothing that a man can do that a woman cannot
or vice versa, there may be a slight difference when it comes to intensity or the physical
strength.
Moreover, stereotypes can be harmful and limiting, and can create significant barriers
to equality and inclusion. They can lead to discrimination, unequal treatment, and low self-
esteem, and can prevent individuals from achieving their full potential. It is important to
challenge and overcome gender stereotypes in order to promote equality and inclusivity for all
individuals, regardless of their gender. Just like what happened to the famous actor Johnny
Depp where he became a battered husband and eventually won the case against his former wife
Amber who is an abusive wife to him.
Overall, as a parent, leader, and a professional, I am always for gender equality where
there is no lesser or superior gender.
