    During the course of arguments, learned Counsel for the petitioners has

    agreed to offer a comprehensive proposal, whereby they would relinquish the

    projected share of late husband of the respondent in the disputed property so as to

    settle the dispute between the family members, on the next date of hearing.

    Adjourned to 28.10.2015.

    On the next date of hearing, the cost imposed while issuing notice of

    motion shall also be furnished.
