Learned counsel contends that all the aforesaid petitions have

been filed against a common judgment passed by the Educational
Tribunal dated 17.5.2023. In an earlier case, CWP No.21566 of 2023
titled Shambhu Dayal Modern School v. Raj Kumar Arora and others,
wherein the impugned judgment was challenged, this Court has already
issued notice of motion and granted interim relief also. The matter is now
listed for 23.1.2024.

In the meanwhile, operation of the Tribunal’s Judgment dated
17.5.2023 shall remain stayed to the extent the petitioner(s) has been
made liable to pay salary with dearness allowance beyond thirty five per
cent and reinstatement of the private respondents in service has been
ordered.
To be heard with CWP No.21566 of 2023.
