At the outset, learned Counsel for the petitioners has paid a

cost of Rs.20,000/- to the respondent as imposed, vide order dated

07.08.2013. He further states that his clients have agreed to some terms of

settlement. He, however, prays for more time to submit a written proposal

before this Court.

Adjourned to 18.01.2016 for further consideration.

On the next date of hearing, a sum of Rs.1,000/- as travelling

expenses shall be paid to the respondent.
