I am writing to request your urgent attention to a non-budgeted capital expenditure.

I understand
that you may be hesitant to approve expenditures that were not included in the budget, but I assure
you that the situation at hand warrants immediate action.

Existing TAP Vibration monitoring and Machine Protection system is Bently Nevada 3300, which is
obsolete and only turbine front and rear bearing vibration measurements are available. For Gear Box
no vibration measurement is available. TAP gear box is going to be replaced by new gear box .so It
requires to Upgrade the TAP VMS and Machine Protection with new probes for new gear box. This is
related to safety Hazard

We cannot continue to delay this project, as it poses a significant risk to our operations and Machine
safety.

I acknowledge that this project is not included in this year's budget, but I believe that the benefits of
its implementation outweigh the costs.

Given the urgency of this matter, I kindly request your expedited review and approval of this capital
