2) Describe how the human resources of the organization influenced the situation.
Given the situation the human resources aspect of the company was able to help me step
up moving forward. Once I realized that I was able to affectively communicate my
problems with no negative action towards me it helped me open up as an individual. The
organization showed key principles for this frame. From the process day one hiring the
right people. Everyone went through very selective interviews to make sure that everyone
got along well. Then once I started and had the issues and brought them up they showed
their support by the empower them principle. They provided the necessary information
and support after the hiccup that was encountered in my training.
3) Recommend how you would use the human resources for an alternative course of
action regarding your case.
An alternative course of action could be more focused on ensuring that things were
prepared for a new person to come on board. Things were different from the time the
director started and hired the first person to the next and then me. The aspects of the job
changed and that is when the dynamics of the training should have been changed as well.
4) Reflect on what you would do or not do differently given what you have learned
about this frame.
The only thing I could recommend that what or could have been done differently is that
there were more things established along the way within the department. It is hard to have

everything perfect in an organization or department but this is also a way to help increase
the over all environment of the organization. Maybe before those policies and procedures
weren’t as needed due to the size of the group and the level of training. But I think from
what I read the organization stepped up and did what it needed to, in order to get to that
point.
