Dear Bob’s Burgers Managers,

To all the amazing managers at Bob’s Burgers restaurant, I am writing to all of you to cover the revisions
needed and the positive feedback received from instructions on how to cook an amazing cheeseburger.
These instructions covered all of the ingredients, cooking instructions, and finishing touches needed to
cook and assemble a delicious cheeseburger. These instructions were performed by a user as I observed
and took notes on the struggles they ran into and the thoughts they had during this process. All the
suggestions and revisions found from this practice should be implemented into the training that our new
cooks receive, and all our current cooks should be debriefed on the updated way to cook the perfect
cheeseburger for our customers.

Instructions Outcome:
Positive
 The instructions were clear and easy to follow.
 The user said the finished product of the burger was delicious and they would make it again.

Negative
 The user wished there were multiple options for cooking method.
 Since the instructions were made for a grill the heating instructions also had to be revised.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read my notes and revisions, I would appreciate it if you
and your fellow managers would start showing the current cooks our revisions at the start of the week
and train all new cooks with these revisions in mind.
