Your role at DHEO:
As a Product Expert, you will be responsible for communicating with the customers online
through our official page which also includes taking orders and listen to the customers and
helping to develop and execute content for Facebook. You will also have to report daily updates
to the assigned concerned person. You will support our ecommerce business goals to ensure the
best consumer experience maintaining a well-balanced team work. Giving the customers a
friendly home welcoming experience than some robotic communication experience.
 
We’re excited about you if you have:
  A year experience of Client Service Executive
 Strong negotiation skills.
 A commitment to high-responsive communication standards.
 Proficiency on a PC with MS Word and Excel.
 Excellent written and oral communication skills.
 The proven ability to build relationships and partnerships both internally and externally to
work effectively and strategically to drive business objectives.
