Techniques
● Use smooth shading
○ Mark edges as sharp when needed
● Avoid vertices close together
○ Join
○ Automerge
○ Merge at the center [Selec points + M + Merge at Center]
○ Dissolve edges
● Create new geometry
○ Select two points + right click + subdivide
○ Select points + V to rip face instead of extruding
● Create depth using extrusion
○ Create detail lines
○ Right Click + Mark Sharp
○ Alt + E; Extrude along normals
● Join objects
○ Select two objects than press E
■ The first selected object becomes part of the last selected one
● Recalculate shadows
○ Go to Edit mode; Select All faces;
■ Mesh > Normals > Average > Face Area

● Search “character sheet” for characters and “blue print” for objects
