    WHERE : Barangay 3, General Luna town, Surigao del Norte

    WHY : For killing a Spanish national, Diego Lapuente

    HOW : The 3 Police officers of Siargao, surrender on February 9, 2023 because they kill a
    spanish businessman Mr. Lapuente (known as number 1 Drug Personality) on January
    8,2020.Based on their report Lapuente was fought back but based on the SOCO report there's no
    shootout happened based on the placement of the gun shell.

    The 3 police officers of Siargao are facing Murder and Planting Evidence.

    ANALYSIS : The 3 policemen violated the very order given to them and made a decision of
    their own so they ended up killing and planting evidence.
