Key Responsibilities

Job Description

• Work with Cloud Services team to deliver Cloud Transformations

Migrations for end customers
• Manage the Migration factory providing the services to multiple
customers
• Manage technical teams and matrix project organization for delivering
the transformation migration services
• Setup, create and manage the factory process, methodology, tools to run
the projects efficiently
• Work with Solutions and PMO team to understand the requirements,
SOW, and Resource planning

Required Technical Skills And Experience

• Must: Should have experience in Managing large Transformation

Migration Factory and leading technical team
• Must: Should possess technical understanding of Data Center & Cloud
Migrations
• Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholder management
• Experienced in running large Migration factory-based execution
• Good Experience in Cloud assessment, design, build and migrations
• Experience in creating runbooks, process manuals & technical guides
• Experience in handling Large Migrations for Multi customer across geo
• Should understand costing of different cloud services
• Experience in Azure AWS Cloud Migrations & Services
• Should have good understanding of Cloud Migration tools bot h native
(Azure Migrate, Cloud Endure) and third party
• Experience in Database, VMware, Network and Storage technologies.
• Have working knowledge of Automation platforms like Puppet, Chef
TerraForm and Cloud Native such as Cloud Formation & ARMS
• Experience in technical Solutions Consulting and transformation deliver
roles in the areas of Digital Workplace and End User computing, driving
adoption of digital workplace tools (Messaging, Collaboration,
Productivity, Communication, Connectivity, Mobility, etc), implementation
and migration services. Experience working with Google or Microsoft or
AWS stack in Digital Workplace Doman is required.
