The advance of digital technology has brought about many benefits, but also a lot of negatives
physical and psychological effects. It is important to take an approach that includes think in our
health.

First, the use of digital technology increase every year, not just in kids, it also increase in
adults. This will lead us to a life where the physical and psychological effects of technology will
affect us more easily and in a worst way, because of abusing of this. It is demonstrate that
abusing of something in life, no matter what is it will lead us to an excess of it, causing all kind
of problems.

For instance these effects include things like eye strain, the human eye is not prepare for all
the hours we submit it to be in front of the screen; back pain, usually when we are using the
laptop, for example, the posture of the body is not the appropriate; and depression, this is
usually cause because many times, the phone is use as a distraction of problem, but when the
moment of come back to the really came those problems come back again too.

Second, the people should make a responsible use of digital technology, as using it just certain
period of time each day, having an appropriate posture when using it, and making sure to take
a break after a long period of time using it.

In conclusion, the negative physical and psychological effects of using digital technology
requires regulation, and personal responsibility. By taking these steps, we can reduce the
damage caused by digital technology and enjoy the many benefits it has.
