Part 2 : Describe a positive change in your life.

You should say:

what the change was about
how it happened
and clarify why is was a positive change.

I'm going to talk about a positive change that happened in my life a few years ago. It was
the decision to start exercising regularly. Before that, I was leading a sedentary lifestyle
and didn't pay much attention to my health. I used to spend most of my time either sitting
in front of the computer or watching TV. But then, I started feeling lethargic and
sluggish, and I realized that I needed to make some changes in my life.

So, I decided to join a gym and started working out regularly. Initially, it was quite
challenging, as I had never exercised before, but gradually, I started seeing the benefits. I
felt more energetic, my mood improved, and I started sleeping better. Moreover, I started
losing weight and gaining muscle mass, which was a significant confidence booster.

The change happened gradually over a few months, but I could feel the difference right
from the beginning. Initially, I used to exercise for just half an hour a day, but later, I
increased the duration and intensity of my workouts. I also started eating healthier and
avoided junk food and sugary drinks.

Overall, this change was positive for me because it improved my physical and mental
health. I feel much more active and productive than before, and I have a newfound
appreciation for a healthy lifestyle. I think everyone should incorporate some form of
physical activity in their daily routine as it has numerous benefits for both body and
mind.

Smartphones nowadays serve a variety of functions beyond their traditional calling and

make lists, and schedule appointments. Additionally, smartphones are media centers,
offering access to music, videos, and books. They also serve as cameras, with many
models featuring high-quality lenses and editing software. Finally, smartphones allow for
easy access to the internet and social media, providing users with constant connectivity to

Do you think it is good/ necessary for people to try new things?
Yes, I believe it is both good and necessary for people to try new things. Stepping out of
our comfort zones and exploring new experiences can lead to personal growth, increased
creativity, and expanded knowledge and skills. Trying new things can also help us
overcome fears and build confidence in ourselves. Without trying new things, we risk
becoming stagnant and missing out on life-changing opportunities. So, I believe it is
important to embrace new experiences and challenge ourselves to continue growing and
learning.
Since the most people do work on their computers, why do they still need to go to
the office?
While many people can work from home on their computers, there are still reasons to go
to the office. One reason is the need for collaboration and face-to-face communication
with colleagues. It can also be easier to access work resources and technology in a
dedicated office space. Additionally, some jobs may require specialized equipment or a
certain level of security that cannot be replicated at home. Finally, going to the office can
help establish a clear boundary between work and home life, improving work-life
balance.
