2. Power on failure
Solution::
1 Long press the switch key for 30s to restart the machine;
2 Insert the charger and charge it for 5 minutes. Is there any display on the screen and check
whether the battery VBAT is short of power (less than 3.4v);
3 Check battery connector welding and body for oxidation or damage;
4 Check whether the VBAT voltage below is short circuit or abnormal voltage with GND (Whether
VBAT line TVS diode, voltage regulator diode and so on are breakdown to the ground);
5 Check whether switch key spring and switch key FPC are damaged;
6 Test power on time sequence for any other signal abnormalities:
PBINT--------- Switch signal from 0V to 4V
EXTRSTN--------- Starting reset signal 0V jump to 4v
7 Check the voltage below for GND short circuit or abnormal voltage:

4
Service Manual

8 If the starting current is about 20mA, check whether the 26MHz crystal oscillator Y400 circuit is
welded normally;
9 If the startup current is abnormal above 1A, check whether the VBAT circuit is connected to the
ground, and investigate the grounding diodes D800/D801 at various positions of the VBAT circuit;
10 X-ray check the welding condition of each main chip ,CPU U100/EMCP U700/PMU U400;
11 Add welding or re-weld the main chip to confirm the welding status;
12 Replace CPU U100/EMCP U700/PMU U400.

Solution:
1 Reassemble the LCD display or replace the LCD and restart the machine for observation;
2 Check whether the welding or body of LCD connector CN1400 is abnormal and test after re-welding
or replacement;
3 Inspect the common mode filter and the LCD circuit resistance (F100, F101, F102, F103, F104)
whether there is abnormal phenomenon such as welding or damaged;
4 Check whether LB500 and LB501 are on normally, and the voltage output is +/ -5.5v (the display
drives the boost circuit), welding/re-welding L502/U502 or replace it;

Solution:
1 Check whether the camera is abnormally assembled, reassemble or replace the camera for retest;
2 Check whether the connector of sub camera CN905 is damaged or abnormal in welding, and re-
weld or replace the connector;
3 Check whether the voltage of VDDCAMA1 (2.8V) / VDDCAMIO (1.8V) is abnormal. If the voltage is
abnormal, check whether there is a short circuit or open circuit in the peripheral circuit. Add
welding/re-welding PMU U400 or replace it
4 Add welding/re-welding CPU U100 or replace it
