Working procedure

Site analysis and data collection

Firstly, after the contract is accepted, they visit the site and survey,
and collect data. A rough estimate and inception report are also
prepared as per the requirement. Topographical and soil study of the

Conceptual sketches

After the initial meeting with the client, the team clarifies the
requirement and the desire of the client. Then, they prepare the
conceptual sketches exploring the various approaches and possibilities
of design, yet fulfilling the requirement of the client and the site as
well.

Working drawings and contract documents

After the design is finalized, detailed working drawings are prepared
through frequent discussions with the structural, electrical, and
sanitary details. Also, detailed estimations and specifications are
prepared. The contractor and sub-contractor are assigned to do the
work.

Site supervision and completion

Architectural project fee -

They charge 8-10% of the total project cost. In first meeting they demand for
10000 thousand and remaining fee will be give with the project progress. And
10% fee hold by the client given when the project will be completed.

Interior design fee –

For interior, they charge 50-100Rs per square foot. In first meeting they demand
for 10000 thousand and remaining fee will be give with the project progress.
