    Respected Sir,

    With respect to above subject, We M/s Devendra Electricals, executed work to erection of HT/LT
    Line & TC work at During “Tauktae Cyclone”.

    As per discussion & commitment from higher authority i.e. Executive Engineer Nadiad City
    Division & others they committed to give 120% Rates as per Line erection Schedule-B, But which is not
    committed and Payment made as 100% Rates of schedule-B.

    I would like to take action and request to company to fulfill commitment & make payment as
    discussed.
