as nourishment and accommodation. This essay is strongly agreed with this idea because this is a
way to deal with immigration problems far away of their own countries. Furthermore, countries that
show generosity usually are seen as leaders between their regions.

When countries manage to solve problems regard to refugees, what they are really doing is deal
with immigrations issues in a distant land. People living in countries where their lives or health are in
risk most of the time trying to move to wealthy countries looking for better life opportunities, no
matter it is legal or not. For example, the number of Venezuelans moving to rich countries is
increasing every year because of being in a dictatorial government with restricted rights.

Another reason why rich countries should increase their amount of refugees is that it enhance their
labor productivity. This is because new people with new skill sets and different backgrounds are
suddenly insert into the labor market which result in an enhance of the labor force of a country. For
instance, US has increased its rate of entrepreneurs because of inserting more refugees into tis labor
force.

In conclusion, I believe that wealthy countries should allow more people who has fled from some
danger in their country origin and give them with main assistance such as nourishment and
accommodations. One reason to do that is because it’s a way to manage with immigrations issues in
distant lands. Another motive is that countries that increase the number of refugees also increase
and enhance their labor force by inserting new people with new skills into the market.

2. Most high-level positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many
developed countries is more than 50 per cent female. Companies should be required to allocate
a certain percentage of these positions to women.

right person to do the work, and people that are benefit from getting job opportunities

their demands are not accepted by government.

The majority of jobs with a very important role in firms are occupied by men despite of the total
number of people available for work in numerous industrialized nations is further than 50 per
cent women. This essay is totally disagreed with the idea of fill roles by a determined percent of
women or men because it results in problems recruitment for companies that now must deal
with a new and unnecessary variable. Furthermore, this practice increases the number of
demands of certain groups of people in detriment of others.

Allocate a preset amount of percentage of jobs for men or woman into a company insert a
harmful variable to that company because it incentive to left aside the search of the most
suitability person for a determined position and start to be more worried about the compliance
of a percentage. That result in lower productivity and loss of cost of opportunity. For example, in
companies where that kind of initiatives are supported tend to decrease their productivity
because of more talented people from other companies perform the work in less time and with
better results.

Also, granting more job opportunities to people who don’t deserve it use to encourage the
increment of claiming for more rights to ones in detriment of others. What is more, some
organizations promote strikes and gender disputes to persuade companies to get a parity in the
number of jobs they offer. For instance, in US is common to find contents in media that
promotes gender disputes which cause confrontations between men and women.

To conclude, it’s not advisable to fill the high-level positions inside of a company with just a
focus on the parity of the quantity of jobs offered because it results in lower productivity to that
business, and it encourage the increment of people demanding more rights that don’t deserve in
detriment of others.
