Problem:
Today, many businesses have changed their working environment from physical world to virtual
world due to technology advancement and pandemic separation. Thus, application of video conferencing
tools has increased across different sectors. There are many advantages of remote working. On the other
hand, there are also drawbacks using online conferencing tools especially due to security. Thus, different
conferencing tools have secure features. However, users are less ware of security features. Thus, the
following research questions come out.
(1) Does the application of video conferencing tool depend on its security features?
(2) Does the application of video conferencing tool depend on business type/job type?
Hypothesis:
(1) The application of video conferencing tool dose not much depend on its security features

Objectives:

Today, remote learning (E-learning) becomes an essential learning mode for students. Especially,
in Covid-19 pandemic period, the students must apply E-learning mode regardless of being fond of or
not. Using E-learning mode, students can save much time for travelling and they can learn anywhere and
anytime. These are advantages of remote learning. However, it also have disadvantages such as less
interaction. Thus, compared to traditional face-to-face learning style, E-learning mode has different
characteristics including pros and cons. Therefore, it is important to examine and compare the
perspectives of academics on pros and cons of remote learning. Thus, the following questions are
necessary to be answered in this research.
(1) Does the teachers and learners have the same perspectives on remote learning
(2) Does remote learning have much more pros than cons?

Today, virtual reality technology becomes a popular technology for different sectors including
sporting, gaming and healthcare as well as teaching and learning. It can increases the interest of users
since it can gives virtual environment that looks like actual working environment. At the same time, many
businesses are shifting their working mode online. However, employees more prefer physical working
environment to have physical contact. Thus, one solution is to use virtual reality technology so that the
employees can work and train remotely. Thus, the following questions need to be answered in this

different businesses. There are many different ways for communicating remote workers such as email,
social media as well as video conferencing tools. Here, it is necessary to apply video conferencing tools

In these days, business are applying remote working option totally or for a bit portion during
pandemic period. There is many advantages given by remote working. On the other hand, there is one
important issue. The issue is that some employees do not work effectively since they are not at
workplace in front of employer. Thus, the employers of some businesses apply monitoring or tracking of
employees using some technology. However, it also can destroy the trust between employers and
employees. Thus, sometimes it is not necessary to use monitoring of employee according to business
nature and job nature. The following questions are worth to answer.

During Covid-19, both public and private employees must adapt work from home to avoid virus
infection. Thus, they must leave their physical working environment and collogues at work. Working from
home give some convenient conditions since they can work anywhere/anytime by reducing travelling
time. On the other hand, some employees start to suffer loneliness due to being far from their social live.
Thus, mental wellbeing of employees becomes one important topic. Thus, the following research
questions come out.

Remote working becomes a culture of today society. Thus, people are always being connected
through internet. Thus, they are spending most of the time for online communication. Then, every day
screen time of employees becomes longer and the family-time decreases gradually. It makes loss of
work-life balance. Therefore, the following research questions are important to answer.
