I am resilient and have the strength to overcome any obstacle

I am resilient. I have been through tough times and come out stronger on the other
side. I know that life can be challenging, and there will be times when things don't
go as planned. But I also know that I have the strength and determination to face
any obstacle and overcome it.

In the face of adversity, I draw on my inner resilience. I know that I am capable of

adapting to change and nding creative solutions to problems. I have learned from
my past experiences and know that I can handle whatever comes my way.

Even when things get tough, I don't give up. I keep pushing forward, one step at a
time, and I have faith that everything will work out in the end. I know that setbacks
are just temporary and that I will ultimately achieve my goals if I stay focused and
determined.

I am grateful for the challenges that I have faced because they have made me
stronger and more resilient. I am proud of who I am and the person I have become.
I know that I am capable of achieving great things and making a positive impact on
the world.

In times of stress or uncertainty, I remind myself of my resilience and strength. I

have faced di cult situations before, and I know that I can overcome anything that
comes my way. I trust in my abilities, and I am con dent in my capacity to
succeed.

With each challenge I face, I become more resilient, more determined, and more
con dent. I know that I can achieve anything I set my mind to, and I will continue
to push myself to be the best version of myself that I can be.
