With reference to your inquiry & subsequent discussion, the undersigned had with you in connection with
the Wastewater treatment plant of capacity 0.3 m3/Hr. for your process application, we are submitting our
Techno-Commercial offer for your kind perusal and necessary action.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
PAYMENT FOR DESIGN, SERVICE & CONSULTANCY, EQUIPMENT’S & INSTRUMENTS:
1. 50% payment will be made along with confirmed work order,
2. 40 % payment before Equipment & Supply Instrument.
3. 10% after Successful commissioning of ETP
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Required civil construction is the scope of Client.
2. Equipment Related with work will be supplied by James Engineering Solutions as per BOQ and
proposed Drawing.
3. Electrical works such as power cable, cable tray and others as required from source to control panel
is the client part.
4. Required Pipe and Fitting along with installation work from Collection tank to Proposed WWTP
(Waste water treatment plant) is JAMS Engineering scope (Piping Length=10m).
5. Sludge Treatment system not include with this offer.
6. Other Terms: Any additional work if added then price will be increased.
7. Test report of Waste water treatment outlet water by the third party is the part of Service Provider.
8. An operational and maintenance manual will be provided by consultant.
9. Consumable Treatment Chemical (such as Lime, FeSO4, HCL, Poly electrolyte) should be supplied
by client.
10. Equipment for lab facilities should be supplied by client.
DRAWINGS
1. Preliminary drawings will be sent 7 working days from the date of first payment along with
work order
2. The detailed drawings will be sent 7 working days from the date in which the preliminary
drawings approved
GUARANTEE:
1. Guarantee will be applicable for One Year from the date of supply
2. The Treated waste water parameter is guaranteed as per the proposed outlet parameter in the
proposal with a 5% tolerance margin
PLANT TEST:
After successful commissioning “JAMS Engineering Solution’s Engineer.” will declare
the completion of project upon full payment.
WORkING TIME: 45 WORkING dAyS AFTER RECEIPT OF CONFIRM ORdER.
OFFER VALIdITy: THIS PROPOSAL IS VALId FOR 30 dAyS.
