1. What are the classroom management strategy(ies) that you have observed?

The classroom management strategies that I observed is that teacher let her
students help establish guidelines, she encourage her students to help them build
classroom expectations and rules. And Avoid punishing class, she dicipline her students
in a good way.

2. What part(s) of the lesson this/these management strategy(ies) were utilized?

When a student is struggling to line up appropriately, the teacher might allow the
student to practice the appropriate behavior by assigning them the role of line leader
during transitions to non-academic activities, reminding the whole class of the line and
hallway expectations, and offering praise to students who line up according to
expectations.

3. What management strategy did the teacher utilize to keep the learning environment safe and
conducive?

Teachers maintain the environment to be conducive to learning, in developing a

process that entails staging the physical space, getting the students to cooperate, creating a
communal environment, and finally maintaining a positive classroom climate and culture.
