a) Why are you interested in applying at Pag-asa Steel?

I’m interested in applying at Pag-asa Steel because its near in my place and it fits with my
designated profession also I can enhance my skills with the said position that I’m applying for

b) Which role are you most interested in? Why do you think you are a good fit? You may
talk about previous extra-curricular activities and/or work experience.

I’m interested in assistant manager but as a newbie the industry I need to learn new thing in
order to get what I want.

c) Name a time you wanted something so badly that you were unstoppable in pursuing
it.

That was the I go with the review center, I want to passed the board exam so I did my best
and enroll in a review center ,take the lectures seriously and finally came off with a good result

d) Please tell us about a time you used data to make a decision, and what the outcome
was.

When I used data to make a decision , the outcome was not good because it didn’t go as we
plan

e) Please tell us about a time that you had a measurable impact on an organization.

I don’t have any organization in my college days but I have a time the I gave impact on our
group when I do all the things that we needed.

f) How do you prioritize your work when you have multiple things to finish?
 I get a time management in my phone so I don’t forget my work and I can see the deadlines
included in the said work

g) Tell us about a time you worked on a difficult team. What was your role and
experience?

I work as a Leader in my group when I was in college . It is very difficult to talk with them
because most of them just want to go immediately . So I demand them to get the project done
with me or their names will not be included in the said project

h) What makes you happiest and most effective when working with others?

The most effective and happiest moment when working with others is we have coordination and
helping each other when we don’t know the things in work

i) Tell us about a time you experienced an injustice.

When I get a failing grade but my professor did not give his class record. I demand to get a
reconsideration he got mad on me.

j) Please tell us about a major challenge that you faced, how you responded, and what
the results were.

The major challenge that I have encountered is when I don’t have allowance going to school so
I get a part time job. Afterwards I’m good to go every time and didn’t think that I don’t have
enough money to shoulder my school fees

k) What is the most recent thing that you were really passionate about learning or
researching more about? Why? (It does not have to be school- or work-related.)

The most recent thing that I’m passionate about is learning more on design applications
because I lacked on that when I’m in college.

I am group leader when I’m in college in leads my classmate whenever we have group projects
