LTA Rewards_India

Purpose:
We value the contributions and hard work of long-term employees. In appreciation of the
dedicated service, we recognize the contribution of our most valuable resources, our employees
as they reach milestone work anniversaries.

Eligibility:
● Full-time employees under active employment on the date of the declaration are eligible for
the service awards in the year of completion of their continuous 3, 5, and 10 years of service.
● Employees who are in notice period or who resign before the declaration date will not be
eligible.
● Employees with continuous or without a break in their service will be eligible.

Service awards are as below:


3 Years: Long Term Association Plaque
5 Years: Long Term Association Plaque + 5 gm Gold Coin (or 25k Taj Voucher)
10 Years: Long Term Association Plaque + 10 gm Gold Coin (or 50k Taj Voucher)

Award Allocation Process:


The LTA plaques are allocated quarterly on the job anniversary of 3, 5 and 10 years.

For financial reward in the form of Gold Coin or Taj voucher, the HR team shares the form for
employees to submit their preference amongst the gold coin or Taj hotel voucher. Thereafter, the
Award Allocation is carried out by the HR team in collaboration with the Admin/Finance team.
*Employees to note that this would be taxable in the hand of the employee as a perquisite.
