What did you discover about yourself using this questionnaire? What aspects are you strong in? What
aspects do you need to improve in?
Using the questionnaire, I discovered that I should try to use my resources more effectively by doing
research and gathering information that will be useful when completing my tasks. Additionally, I should
practice mindfulness techniques to help manage my stress and anxiety levels, such as deep breathing or any
other ways that easy/comfortable for me to do. I should practice reading and writing activities to improve my
skills in these areas. Finally, I must remember to take care of myself and look for ways to minimize problems
like taking breaks and speaking to someone if needed.
I am strong in Part 2 Organizing and Planning work, Part 6 Preparing an assignment/project, Part 5
Note-taking and reading. As well as the aspect that I need to improve are the Part 1 Motivation, Part 3
working with others, utilizing resources and feedback and the least is Part 4 Managing school works stress.
