    Subject- Apology letter for leaving guest lecture session during break.
    Respected Sir
    I, Akash Santosh Bhambare, first year MBA student, div-C, roll no.- 03, writing this
    apology letter for leaving guest lecture session organised by IIMP MBA on 17 th Dec. at IIMP
    auditorium; after break without informing any faculty. I honestly admit that I had no any
    genuine reason to leave session during break.
    When I received an email regarding the above mention session, I got excited to attend
    the session as it was mentioned in email that the topic for lecture was careers in BFSI sector.
    On the day of lecture during first half I had seated in the first row. Later I got bored and I left
    session in break without informing any present faculty. Later Dy. Director Dr Pallavi ma’am
    taught us lessons. There I realised that I should not had behaved like that. I admit my mistakes.
    I promise that I will not repeat such behaviour again. I will follow discipline. The
    concerned authority has given reformative punishment to students. Through this letter I am
    requesting you to please reduce the amount of fine and extend the time to pay the fine.
