Berhad (“Bank”), please go through the confirmation given below and contact the sales agent of your application (“Sales
Agent”) or contact RHB Customer Contact Centre at +603-9206 8118 or email at customer.service@rhbgroup.com.
You may visit any RHB branch if you require further explanation on the features and benefits of the product. Please
sign your acceptance below if no further explanation is required.

must produce the original copy of this form to the Bank upon its request as stated in the terms and conditions which

furnished to the Bank, the Bank may reject my application and that I may request for the decline letter from the
Bank.

Important Notes:

• Approved amount of the Facility: The Bank will assign the approved Facility amount in accordance with the Bank’s
policies after having evaluated the financial condition, income statements and other financial documents furnished
by the Applicant. If the approved amount is lower than the amount applied for, the Bank will inform the Applicant of
the reduced Facility amount to obtain the Applicant’s acceptance before the Facility is disbursed. The Applicant is
deemed to have accepted the reduced Facility amount upon the Bank’s issuance of the approval SMS and/or the
approval letter, whichever is earlier, to the Applicant and the Bank will disburse the Facility according to the terms
and conditions of the Facility.
• New applications of Personal Financing will be processed within one (1) week from the date of receipt of the
complete application and all relevant documents.
• Unless where the approved Facility amount is lower than the Facility amount applied for and the reduced Facility
amount is not accepted by the Applicant as mentioned above, no cancellation of the Facility will be allowed once
the Personal Financing application is approved. The Bank is not responsible for any interest charges or damages
suffered by the Applicant due to the delay of the Facility, except where the delay is caused by the act, omission,
default, negligence and/or misconduct on the part of the Bank and/or any of its employees, representatives and
agents.
