    Today, there is a two demonstrators. The first one, Mr. Salimar has a quality of a having loud
    voice, so that, he catches the attention of the class. His topic is about “Addition”, the teaching
    process is good and he gives a more examples to really understand. Also, he is a student-centered
    but I hope he use a manipulative to have an effective learning process. The second demonstrator,
    discuss about “Division of Whole Numbers”, I really like how she teach her lesson but I hope
    she give more examples and use manipulative and try to communicate the students.
