Awareness of the Mental Issues

 Good day my fellow youth. As your youth advocate I am so grateful that


you are all here. And I am so happy that I got this opportunity to
give you a speech so that you can be aware of mental health issues.

 What is a mental health issue? Or mental health disorders. It is a


condition or disorder that affects your behaviour, mood, and thinking. I
know some of you experience this and it is hard to get over it because
I’ve experience it too. I will give you advice to prevent and get rid of it.
Because if you do not you will experience anxiety, depression, eating
disorder those are the common effects. You should overcome those by
doing things like expressing your feelings do not keep it on yourself,
make social connection, stay active, get a good sleep, eat well, always
take a rest and always pray to god.
 “Having a mental health issue is hard so be more conscious about your
mental health. Believe that you can succeed if you do the things that I
tell you because those are the things that can help you. Always
remember ask for help do not be afraid to ask others and as I’ve said
always pray to god. That’s all thank you.
