    REQUEST FOR EXCUSED ABSENCE

    To whom it may concern:

    Youth Empowered Central Luzon of Church of God World Missions Philippines is having a Youth Night on
    November 10, 2022 at Church of God – Dau. The event aims to empower the Christian youth to take an
    active part in nation building and in achieving the COG’s goal of a Born-Again Pilipinas. This letter is
    provided by Youth Empowered Central Luzon for parents to request their child to be excused from
    school attendance that day.

    We request that you excuse Janicka Rome B. Nabong on Thursday, November 10, 2022 for the religious
    observation of this event. The student will catch up on any school works/assignments that will be missed
    on this day.
