    This is to certify that Allysa Julee Mae Belingon is dedicated to the Lord at Solano Seventh-day Adventist Church
    on August 9, 2019. For such reason, she had been prepared by the church to live in accordance to God’s purpose which is highly focused
    on Christ’s character. She is expected therefore to grow through the governance of godly parents and a sacred family whose aim is to
    prepare him to be baptized by way of immersion upon reaching her profitable age of baptism. This allows him to be sealed by God as a
    sanctified individual who is intended to be a disciple of Jesus Christ. Hence, she was chosen to be a blessing to her family and society.
