It was a worthwhile experience attending a seminar that focused on how a

business operate with determination and such vigour though confronted with hurdles
and roadblocks.
I had the opportunity to have learning experience through a facilitator that has
an expertise on developing new technology in the renewable energy sector. Their team
demonstrated their practices to achieve their goals. An essential aspect of their success
is their teamwork and passion on what they are doing. Though challenges arise as they
progress with their project, they pursued and eventually succeeded. The speaker
divulged their struggles and revealed their team’s secret to success: “To work hard
together is to achieve higher”. The speaker discussed their project’s advancement which
comprises of product development, marketing, and raising funds. With the difficulties
they are hindered with, their team encompassed all of it with their passion and
commitment in attaining their goals.
Their teamwork and coordination are the prominent attributes of their team.
Each member has their own tasks and operates with coordination to each other. Their
support system to each other and to the team are amazing and are very evident with
the progress of their project. Their commitment in providing sustainability through
innovative technology for the society drives the team to employ their individual skills
and abilities. Every member utilized their individualities through exerting effort
beyond their assigned task and to complement each other. Their shared goal and vision
empowered them and their positive attitude supplemented in working together. At the
culmination of the seminar, I am filled up with the desire to have my own team. I
realized that every business entity that reaches the pedestal of success have the nature
of positive working environment. A business entity that does not focus only on profits,
but a company that is driven with vision, passion and optimism. With these attributes,
a company can encompass every challenge that may arise and utilize these difficulties
as a chance to improve.
I plan to employ everything that I have learned in this seminar in my
professional progression. I will keep these learnings and use it as ground for
establishing my own business entity. My team will hopefully be as determined and
passionate in achieving our company’s goals and develop teamwork and positive
working environment. Anything is achievable with these attributes.
