In inviting a reference to the above noted subject, I am directed to say that, the Chief
Secretary, Odisha has desired to prepare a Recruitment Master Plan with strict time lines for all
related activities starting from intimation of vacancies for 2023 in the services and posts at base
level, issue of advertisement by the concerned Recruiting Agencies, date of recruitment test/
interview as the case may be and publication of result.

You are, therefore, requested to furnish the information as stated above for the vacant
base level post of AEE (Civil/ Mechanical) and Junior Engineer (Civil/ Mechanical) by 16.03.2023
positively for taking further necessary action at this end.

This may be treated as "Most Urgent".
