ORDER

In the reference 3rd and 5th read above , the Commissioner of Technical Education ,
A.P. Vijayawada has furnished a Provisional Seniority lists of Heads of Sections in
Engineering and Non- Engineering of Government Polytechnics in the category of Heads
of Section as on 01-09-2021 for the Panel Year 2021-22 as per the provisions contained
in the Special Rules for APTES and Rule 4 of G.O. Ms. No. 178 , Higher Education (TE.2 )
Department dt . 9-12-2005 and Govt ., Memo No.256 /T.E.I/A2/2005-4 , Dt . 27-06-2006 ,
duly examining the objections on the provisional seniority list communicated to them , as
per rules and disposed the representations /objections received from the individuals . The
CTE has requested the Government to issue final seniority list of Heads of Sections in
Engineering and Non Engineering as on 01.09.2021 for the panel year 2021-22 as to
effect promotions to the post of Principal .

examination of the matter , hereby finalize the seniority lists of Heads of Sections for the
panel year 2021-22 which are appended to this order as Annexures - II (Engineering ) and
Annexure -III (Non -Engineering ) for effecting promotions to the posts of Principals in
Government Polytechnics .
4.
The Commissioner of Technical Education is directed to communicate the Final
Seniority List of Heads of Section to the all Head of Sections concerned and take further
action accordingly .
