Leadership Statement

Leaders must be resilient so that facing animosity does not diminish their confidence or drive.
They must also be dedicated in order to show others that they are committed to the work as a
priority, which in turn will motivate those around them. Leaders must lastly be collaborative both
within a group and outside of it, to take in ideas from multiple perspectives and make the best
decisions from these.
