Identify any personal and workplace factors that may impact on your wellbeing.

 write a list of personal and workplace factors that influence your wellbeing
 write down whether they are positive or negative factors based on your experiences

Submission requirements:

Please list 8 – 10 PERSONAL wellbeing factors that both positively and negatively affect your day.
Next to each factor identify if it is a positive or negative factor. For example: Sleep – is not a
sufficient answer versus ‘A good night sleep’ = POSTIVE factor is a sufficient answer.

Please list 8-10 WORKPLACE wellbeing factors that positively and negatively affect your day and
identify if they are positive or negative wellbeing factors.
