- Have a discussion with either your management or staff about the document you have
created. Please ask questions using a variety of questioning styles (open, closed, probing
questions) and the responses.

- Does the document follow Marketing Policies and Procedure? -> Yes
- Has the document been using font 11 Calibri, black only? -> Yes
- Does the document printed on company letterhead? -> Yes
- Does it include company logo, address, phone number, email…? -> Yes
- How would we improve the document to increase staff’ comprehension? -> A demonstration
with staff should be included.
- What happen if the staff cant find the settings? -> Contact IT administrator
- Who would be the contact person in case staff is unable to follow the instruction? -> Contact
IT administrator
- Do you suggest any other language to be used in the handout? -> Tagalog/ Hindi should be
included.
