    0 Limitation of Study
    Like in other studies, this particular study has its own limitations, both in scope and
    methodology. First of all, this study was carried out in one of UiTM campus located at Shah
    Alam. The scope of this research is reduced to 50 students who have experience with online
    learning from various faculties at UiTM Shah Alam. The study respondents were a random
    sampling and consisted of those who turned in their questionnaires through the Google Form
    online application. These data were collected through an online survey following government
    movement restrictions and inability to meet face to face due to covid-19. However, it causes
    some difficulty to the researcher because there are problems when choosing a good
    respondent form. This is because some of the respondents' forms were not fully answered.

    In addition, researchers also had difficulty in distributing questionnaires. This is because


    some have not yet experienced each other. Some even ignored the message that the
    researcher sent through the Whatsapp application to ask to answer the questionnaire.
