*Notes:
• Non-official contractors can collect their working pass from 24 March 2022 at contractor service
counter.
• Build-up on 27th March will end at 1400 hours for preparation of final hall cleaning and sanitization.
• It is advisable for heavy and large exhibits to be moved in early on 24 March 2022 this is to ensure it
gets to the intended position without disrupting other neighbouring booths.
• The build-up period permitted by the venue (MITEC) is 12 hrs block from 0900hrs to 2100hrs.
• Should Exhibitors require additional time to finish works other that the permissible time schedule,
extension working hours charges/cost will be imposed based on the hourly rental of the hall, which can
be very costly. Therefore, exhibitors are advised to strictly adhere to the time/schedule given.

D4 NOTES

1) Exhibitors who build Special Design are advised to check with their appointed stand contractors on
the date and time that their stands will be ready for moving in of exhibits.

2) No extension of working hour will be permitted. Individual stand fitting contractors must complete
their work according to schedule. However, if they work beyond the schedule a hefty hourly charge
will be imposed and deducted from the Performance Bond.
