regarding your requirements, we suggest to choose YFT-B vertical series hydraulic

valve test bench. For common test, pressure gauge of 1.6 grade accuracy is enough,
but we know you also want to test safety valves, it is suggested to choose pressure
gauge of 0.4 grade accuracy. The following is the technical performance of YFT-B
series valve test bench. (and safety valve test bench)

1. YFT-B vertical series hydraulic valve test bench is suitable for the shell and seal
test of the valves below DN-300, it has two types of plane blind plates: plastic seal
plates for non-flange valve test and O rings seal plates for flange valve test.
2. The work panel has claws and the upward side has impact cylinder.
3. the top beam can be turned over 90 degrees, which is easy for operation.
4. Test medium can be chosen including water, air or kerosene.
5. Test bench has low pressure water pump and water booster. There is an air
connection reserved for air pump.
6. Water and hydraulic oil can be reused.
7. the test bench has an automatic oil pressure discharge system. When using it, the
high pressure condition and the relief pressure condition can be changed by itself. So
it can reduce oil temperature, elongate life of the test bench.
8. PLC control, touch screen display pressure diagram and printer system is optional.
9. There are three types: single working position, double working positions and four
working positions.

2. Test medium is nitrogen gas or air(gas source is supplied by customer)
3. high pressure air fill in the cavity of safety valve through manual relief valve. We
can get accurate set pressure by adjusting relief valve slowly.
4. It is suggest to choose "touch screen computer monitoring system", which can
record testing process in digital and image curve and more accurate set pressure value
can be captured to print out the testing monitoring graph, which can be used as
technical document archive.
5. "Safety door" device is advised to make sure safety during air seal test process.
6. it is equipped with automatic oil pressure discharge system. When being ready state,
system discharge automatically, while working, system returns to normal state to
effectively reduce oil temperature, prolonging life of the test bench and saving energy.
7. hydraulic clamping has safety interlock with air pressure discharge.
3. functions can be chosen as the following: safety door and touch screen computer
monitoring system.
