which market we should enter india or russia, what changes will have to make to enter the world
market,manufacturing ,pricing ,branding and marketing,further steps ,action points.

V-I think we need to pay more attention to the Indian market, because customers want natural organic
ingredients which include things like vitamins ,aloe and herbs then demand for products with organic
ingredients predicted to grow by 20% in next 3

N-And I do not agree it seems to me better to enter the Russian market. They are our neighbors and
they have a more developed buty beast.

N- A company seeking to enter the international market must first conduct an audit, looking for value
within the company that will allow the product to "take off". Then develop an export strategy: where
will its product be sold, who will buy it, how will it sell it.

V-Yes, you are right. they also need to re-inspect and research their products so that there are no
problems with customers in the future.

N -I think you can sell at home.

V- No,maybe all the same It is better for them to rent a laboratory for this because the larger the market
the more orders and make goods at home it is already inconvenient.

N -I think from the beginning there should be a low price of the goods and only later we will raise it.
