Ethics and morals are the foundation stone of a
prosperous, peaceful and healthy society. These two
provides definite pattern of our life - a certain answer
to our question "what and which life should I live".

WHAT IS ETHICS? WHAT IS MORALITY?

killing and Morality is a standard of telling the truth and using
manners.
 MORAL STANDARD
This standard allows an individual or a
group to understand what are those
"right or wrong" that are generally
accepted in the society or a culture.
This standard includes a serious matter
such as killing or stealing and other
cultural standard of what they believe
is moral.
NON-MORAL STANDARD
This standard allows us to avoid
imposing our own cultural standard.
Meaning, if it is based on a non moral
value or our own belief of what is
right or wrong, we do not have the
right to impose it to other people.

DIFFERENT SOCIETY HAS DIFFERENT MORAL BELIEFS

DIFFERENT CULTURES HAVE DIFFERENT MORAL STANDARDS.

RULES TO SOCIAL BEINGS

Rules protect social beings by regulating behavior. Rules have a great impact to the
foundation of the manners or conducts of a human being that will result to a healthy and
effective relationship inside the society. This provides the set of regulations we must obey
and penalties we have to face if neglected.
Rules help to guarantee each person certain rights and freedom. Rules provide the
pattern of one's life as this provide the moral right and freedom to do the things we have
to morally do within the society.
Rules produce sense of justice among social beings. Providing rules to the society is
essential to have a fair and just system. We get what we morally deserve.
Rules are essential for a healthy economic system. Without anything to obey then no
one gets to know what is wrong and right. Freedom with boundaries is the essential
element of a healthy and prosperous society.
