Usually I eat three times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner), but on weekdays I eat eleven too,

since at my school isn’t canteen, just only a buffet, so it’s impossible to endure the day
without eleven. As a general principle I don’t have too much time for breakfast, because I like
to oversleep. So I have for breakfast e.g. a slice of bread with some strawberry jam, or a bowl
of muesli. My mum always cooks three or two times but at least twice a week. So when I
arrive home there is always a whole meal in fridge, and I just need to warm it up. But there
are few occasion when nothing is in the fridge, and at such time I have to prepare my lunch.
Well I can’t cook, so in such cases my lunch is e.g. scrambled eggs. Although I know some
recipes, e.g. the pancake’s recipe, I don’t make it for myself, because I’m either too tired or I
just don’t have enough time for it. (LEAVEN) I usually eat for dinner something cold, for
example a slice of bread and butter with cold cuts and cheese, with some vegetables if it’s
possible, or I eat some kind of thick soup. (5?) My favourite dish is I think the grilled chicken
with mashed potatoes, but I have several favourite such as pancakes, stew, and stuffed
cabbage. I don’t really like e.g. kohlrabi and asparagus, and I also don’t have a sweet tooth, so
I don’t eat so much sweetness. If people get hungry, they can go different types of restaurants,
grills, pubs, canteens or coffees. Which place you choose depends on the occasion and on
your money, e.g. if you want to celebrate somebody’s birthday you can go to an elegant
restaurant or you can go to also fast-food restaurant. I eat out only on special occasions, such
as birthdays or with my friends, otherwise my mother cooks at home. In my town there is
many good restaurants it’s rather difficult to choose only one. But on this point I haven’t
collected too much experience with restaurants, since I eat out very rarely. I haven’t had a bad
experience in a restaurant yet. (14) The fast-food restaurants are very popular with young
people, and I think that’s because these restaurants also can be meeting places for the youth,
who just want to socialize and eat something, and the fast-foods are also cheaper than an
elegant restaurant. My opinion about the fast food is, there are admittedly very cheap and
delicious, but they are definitely unhealthy, and after an hour you’re hungry again, so
eventually it’s just junk. I’ve never ordered meals by phone, because there is almost always
food at home, so it’s just unnecessary and unhealthy. There is a small buffet in my school,
you can buy there sandwiches, cheese twist, cocoa swirl, some kind of cookie and so on, but
you can also buy fruits e.g. apple. Personally I like that buffet, because the prices are low, and
the variety is quite big, and seller is very kind. A healthy food contain all the necessary
nutrients, such as vitamins and minerals, which are essential for your body. But I think those
are the completely healthy foods, that you produce, e.g. you have a little garden, and grow
plants there.
