    Location: The proposed site is located close to Mahal Road, Jagat Pura, on the road in front of
    Akshay Patra Foundation.

    Site Area: 1230 Sqm. (Approx.)

    Site Coordinates:
    Latitude: 26°48'9.83"N
    Longitude: 75°51'39.47"E

    Design Criteria:
    Ground Coverage: 40%
    Built-up area: 1001-2500 Sqm.
    BAR: 2.0 Max.
    Site Setbacks: 9 m front, 4.5 m side, 4.5 m side, 4.5 m back
    (As per Rajasthan unified building byelaws 2020)
