TRAINING PLAN

I. INTRODUCTION 

Poverty is one of the reasons why some students having struggle going to
school. Lack of financial support is a hindrance for them to sustain their needs
especially to their studies. According to Rappler (2022) 30 million Filipinos are
considered poor. This number is about 27% of the 111 million total Philippine
population.
By providing opportunities for employment and small businesses, access to
health care, and other forms of support, livelihood initiatives aim to improve the quality
of life for the low-income population. These initiatives seek to strengthen local
capacities for dealing with poverty-related challenges. Making regulations and plans or
providing skill development can both help people become more useful members of
society. Filipino students are nevertheless able to provide for their financial needs by
working despite their financial difficulties. student in the Philippines struggling because
they need to complete their task to the required standards in order to preserve their
academic achievement in order to avoid losing their job, and failing grade. The
livelihood training for student is very big help as side hustle to have an extra income.
Livelihood programs are very helpful since they give alternatives and help when finding
job is impossible or they give them the skills or information they need to launch a
business enterprise with the aim of providing for their family’s fundamental necessities
and also being a student.
Livelihood training specifically perfume making will be conducted at Luzviminda 1
Dasmariñas City Cavite since as I’ve noticed a lot of youth especially students are
having a hard time going to school since they don’t have enough money. I do believe
with such a small amount of investment they will earn to sustain their needs. The first
part of this training would be seminar, the instructor will discuss on how to create
perfume, what are the materials needed and the complete procedure in making a
perfume and how they will sell it and also the pricing of their perfume. The second part
is the execution of the training.
II. Training Goals and Objectives

Goal

The goal of this training is to provide knowledge on how to create perfume


and how to sell it to consumers so that students can earn additional revenue to
support their necessities while pursuing their academic interests.

Objectives
1. After the completion of this training program the students will be able to
know on how to make a perfume.
2. After 2 weeks all students will be able to know the right procedure in
making perfume.
3. The students will become more capable, competent, and effective.
4. Students will develop marketing strategy at the end of this training
5. The training course persuades the intended audience to create perfume,
which is beneficial for them.

III. TRAINING METHOD

The suitable training method for this training is the on-the-job training and the
instructor led training in view of the fact that this training needed to do face to face for
the beneficiaries to clearly understand on how to make a perfume.

On-the-Job Training
This method strengthened the abilities of beneficiaries through on-the-job training
sessions in preparation for their sideline job. This training provides its own special
dynamics, requirements, and procedures, regardless of your education background.
Students will be introduced to the way they interact to their customer, workflows, and, in
general, the process of making the perfume through an on-the-job training program. On-
the-job training is a practical means of transferring the crucial knowledge, skills, and
competences necessary for students to carry out certain activities at work.
Instructor-Led Training

Instructor-led training or ILT, refers to any training that is conducted by an


instructor, whether it takes place online or in a classroom. A lecture-style classroom
setting, an interactive workshop that allows for on-site practice of the skill, or online
through video conferencing facilities are all possible venues for instructor-led training
since they are students and we were conducting training to their preferred time. ILT is a
great option to train students on extremely complex subjects, demand hands-on
interactive learning, value face-to-face interaction, and have the resources to give
students the time they need to fully immerse themselves in training sessions that last a
full day or more. In a situation that promotes conversation and engagement, this kind of
instruction brings students and instructors together. Students are more deeply engaged
and learn more when an instructor with expertise in the subject is used. Instructor-led
training welcomes a variety of teaching philosophies and learning styles because it is
person-to-person and provides real-time feedback.

IV. Training Technology

Technology is widespread all over the world, the training program will introduce the
digital adoption platform, this is a training solution that provides automated,
personalized training in the flow of work.

interactive walkthroughs and other in-app content based on the learner’s role or title.
Walkthroughs are a series of step-by-step prompts that show users how to complete a
certain process by guiding them through each step, showing them relevant training

are a kind of digital adoption solution that seamlessly connects with business
applications. Step-by-step instructions are provided when the user is guided through the
various components of the program by the software.
Students are well knowledgeable with the technology and digital adoption platform

requires both proactive pushing of workers to finish new processes and mentoring them
through new important software applications.

This training will be the collaboration of Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy Luzviminda 1
therefore the place for the seminar and the training place would be at the covered court
of Brgy. Luzviminda 1. The laptop and projector will be borrowed to our Sangguniang
Kabataan. The table above are the necessary equipment and material needed in
making a perfume. The target participants are 80 students and the total cost is Php
9,209.00.

A questionnaire is a research tool made up of a list of questions used to collect data
from respondents during a survey or statistical analysis. The table above show the
survey questionnaire for us to be able if the training conducted at Brgy. Luzviminda 1 is
effective. The survey questionnaire will serve as measurement of learning of the
students. Moreover, if they develop or enhance their existing skills after taking the
training program.

We will be able to know if the training plan is effective through the feedback of the
students. They will be able to tell what are their thoughts about the training and what are
lapses of the training. Effective criticism both positive and negative is really beneficial.
Feedback is important information that will be utilized to guide opportunity to make. The
reason why some organizations are successful is because they are constantly looking
for ways to improve what they already do well. Organizations are aware that feedback is
only useful when it identifies both strengths and weaknesses. Giving and receiving good
feedback is advantageous for everyone involved, including the larger oraganizations.
