Based on what I learned on chapter 1, I understand that the

management is crucial to an organization to achieve their goals

or objectives. My experience as relationship bureau of i-REC
organization made me agree with the contents of this topic
because there are so much a related issues regarding to
management when I was in that organization. From my
observation, the leader of i-REC organization always made
effective and efficient decision that help our organization
achieve our goals successfully. The goals of our organization
becomes real when our leader planning, leading, organizing,
and controlling the organization very well so that i-REC
organization can run a smooth management.
